Description

Saint-Louis Blanc de Blancs Brut is a French elegant luminous sparkling wine produced in
France. The grapes have benefited from a Mediterranean climate with sun exposure and wind,
which has resulted in perfectly ripened grapes. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and
ferments at low temperatures. This produces a hugely delicate and fruity wine with spicy notes.
Aromas of peach, pear, apple and a hint of acacia. On the palate, the wine is refreshing and
lively with effervescent bubbles and is perfectly rounded off by a long, lingering finish that
offers a wealth of fruit and delicate floral notes. A fresh, crisp Brut for any occasion
and a great companion for canapés and sweets.
