Technical assistance and suspension

If you need help setting up material or other technical assistance, book it here.

Describe what the task is below, enter the number of minutes you think the task will take and then add to cart. Your order will not be sent to production until payment has been completed.

If you need to hang a banner (up and down), you need to book 60 minutes of assistance.

Our technician will review your order and if they think you have booked too little or too much time, you will be contacted by us.

If it turns out that the job takes longer than expected, you will be charged for the extra time spent. Should it turn out that less time was spent, you will of course be credited. Please note that working hours are charged per 30 minutes or part thereof.

When you arrive at Øksnehallen, please contact the production office to arrange when you need help. Assistance is provided during the agreed opening hours of the event.
