for less money. Dachs offers cool, fresh berry notes combined with subtle spices
and herbal notes in a harmonious balance. With a delicate structure, fresh acidity and a lively
Dachs exudes all the classic virtues of the Pinot Noir grape.
The Baden region is known for its Pinot Noir, with vineyards stretching over 16,000
hectares in a warm climate, ideal for the grape. Many of the vines are based on clones from
Burgundy, which gives a Burgundian touch to the wine.
Dachs Pinot Noir undergoes aging in steel tanks, ensuring that the Pinot Noir grape
unfolds in a clean and clear expression.
