When you order:
You can order canapés for the days when the event is open for guests/visitors.
If you want canapés on the first day, choose day 1.
If you want canapés for several days, you need to make a separate order per day.
The assortment is as follows:
Selected waffle:
Smoked North Sea cheese cream with crispy ham and cress.
Rye bread:
Potatoes cooked with lovage and fresh cheese stirred with lovage and lemon topped with puffed potato.
Pie crust:
Caramelized shallots with honey and thyme.
Crustade:
Picked dill pickled cucumber and yogurt with yuzu.
Green:
Potato croquette with yeast emulsion.
