Pricing
At Foreningen DGI Byen, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.
Payment options
The association DGI Byen accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Bank Transfer and EAN payment. The payment will be deducted from your account immediately. All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items. Once your payment is registered in our system, your order is complete. You will then automatically receive an invoice.
VAT rules during trade fairs
VAT must be paid as invoiced.
According to EU legislation, products and services purchased or rented for exhibitions/fairs are subject to VAT in the country where the exhibition/fair takes place. This means that all prices in the webshop are subject to 25% Danish VAT.
Delivery
All items purchased in the webshop are delivered together on the desired stand. When purchasing items in the webshop, it is understood that you rent them and have the right to use them for the duration of the event. The item may therefore not be taken home after the event.
Right of complaint
By purchasing items in the webshop, it is understood that you rent them and have the right to use them for the duration of the event. The item may therefore not be taken home after the event. At the end of the event, the equipment must be left in the same condition as received.
When renting equipment, you do not have a direct right of complaint in the sense of the Consumer Sales Act.
If you discover a fault or defect in the equipment, you must contact the production office immediately. If you do not do this, you lose the right to complain. If the item has been used, the item will not be refunded. Errors and defects are not refunded after the event has ended.
As the landlord, we have a duty to rectify defects or provide a replacement. A price reduction may be given, depending on the nature of the defect.
Reimbursement
In case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of reg. no. and account no. via email so that the agreed amount can be transferred.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Consumer Contracts Act, all goods ordered via a webshop for a specific event are exempt from the right of withdrawal for a certain period of time. This means that there is no right of withdrawal when you shop in the webshop.
Condition of the item upon return
The item must be left in the same condition as received. You are liable for any deterioration in the condition and value of the goods.
Reimbursement
If DGY Byen and you agree on a refund, it will be made through the webshop or via bank transfer.
Privacy policy
We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering goods to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase. Processing is carried out in accordance with the rules in our privacy policy for Foreningen DGI Byen.
