Pricing
At DGI Byen, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.
Payment options
The association DGI Byen accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank Transfer. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.
Delivery
DGI Byen strives to ship orders placed before 5 pm on the same day, orders placed after that are shipped the next business day.
We ship to all of Denmark.
Shipping prices from DKK 35.
Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your items will be sent with Post Nord or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no room at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of.

Items are delivered every weekday of the week.
Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
For certain items, special delivery terms apply.
The terms will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these items.
Right of complaint
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. The DGI Byen Association will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

COD shipments are not accepted.
Reimbursement
In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day return policy on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day;
– Where you receive the order.
– Receives the last item in physical possession when it is an agreement for several different items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
– Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession when it is an agreement for delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
– The first item in physical possession when it is a regular delivery of goods over a certain period.
You must pay the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation.
The notification must be given by email at info@dgi-byen.dk.
In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill in the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving clear notice at the same time.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
– Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal is broken after delivery.
– Goods that due to their nature become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the seal has been broken.
– Non-financial services provided where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed.
– Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the consumer thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, journals or magazines, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements made at public auction.
– Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition is faster if you also fill in and enclose our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.
Reimbursement
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us.
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.
