Information for exhibitors

Below you will find practical exhibitor information about the webshop and Øksnehallen.

Access times

Access to Øksnehallen for exhibitors as well as general opening hours for the event will be available on the organizer’s website.

General for webshop

For each event, the organizer and Øksnehallen have agreed on a deadline for ordering. The date and time are at the top of the page here or on the “Stand equipment”. You can also find this information at the organizer and the material you have received from the organizer.

The webshop will close after the deadline. It will not be possible to order items after that. All purchases in the webshop are paid at check-out. After purchase, an order confirmation is received. Once Øksnehallen has received payment from Nets, you will receive an invoice. As a rule, we only provide support for items purchased on the webshop or ordered via the trade fair organizer for exhibitors.

The items purchased in the webshop are delivered to the stand at the agreed opening time on the set-up day.

On the set-up day, it is possible to purchase materials and furniture etc. In a limited range and quantity. We make reservations for sold out items.

If an exhibitor has moved an item purchased in the webshop to another stand, Øksnehallen assumes no responsibility. We leave the matter to the organizer, who must resolve any disagreement.

All terms and conditions are listed at the bottom of this page.

By purchasing goods in the webshop, it is understood that you have the right to use the goods for the agreed period. Items may not be taken home.
